BOBTV invites all Nigerians who own mobile phones to  capture beautiful images (still and video) and upload to the BOBTV mobile phone film and Image Festival.
The images shall be sorted and classified by a select jury and the best of the best shall be presented to the public in competition.
Every week the public votes shall be collated and the winner for the week wins a prize. The winning images automatically qualify for the Grand finale which shall be hosted at the 5th African Film and TV Programmes Expo and Market in March 2008.
