A round-table discussion which provides an interface betwen film makers an organisation [especially government agencies] that seek to find expression using the film medium. Film makers discuss ideas and project with the organisation with a particular attention to their specification.

DESIGN:
The programme is designed to run everyday at the BOBTV event.
The participating filmmakers are to pitch their ideas and project that suit the organisation's target.

DURATION:
Two hours for each discussion with at least three organisation every day
